Add more variables which are assumed to be set.

This commit adds LC_MONETARY, LOGNAME, LD_LIBRARY_PATH, LANGUAGE,
DISPLAY, HOSTNAME, KRB5CCNAME, XAUTHORITY to be ignored when used
without initialization.
